The  swimming pool area is divided into two sections: the terrace that surrounds the pool and the lawned area. This area features sun loungers and umbrellas, along with a charming barbecue area that is slightly detached from the main house.

In addition to the refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker you would anticipate in a villa of this caliber, the kitchen also features a utility room that includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
